Home Depot - Worst customer services
Dec 22, 2017- I was calling Home depot at 1-80*-628-**** and make a purchase for washing machine. I was waiting for email for proof of purchase for over 1 hour.
I do not receive anything from email inbox. Dec 23, 2017- I was talking to Home depot online sales department and appliance department support for 2 hours. Home depot had call me back and told me there was something with my order. Home depot had to charge my credit card again.
Finally, I was cancelling all my order with home depot. Forget it, I will buy my appliance from LOWES .
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
