I was returning a mini fridge without receipt and after two days of back on worth they told me they can't find the item on my card. I showed them my credit card statement and still declined.

Since it was less then one month from purchase date finally they agreed to pay me $128 while I paid $183 for the same. For one hour they almost insulted me, gave me those looks that she is returning a used fridge while ignoring me and keep gossiping with peers.

I stepped out of home depot without returning the item and promising my self that I will never enter Home Depot again. We are new home owners and have to buy almost thousands of dollar stuff for landscaping etc, I am glad I got my lesson with only $183 of damage.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $183.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Home Depot Cons: Worst customer service.
