Home Depot should be aware of all the trouble we had during a large kitchen renovation job performed during the period of (roughly) January 2019 through November 2019.
The whole kitchen was renovated: complete Sheetrocking; we purchased cabinets, quartz countertops new appliances (refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher and an electric ranger (stove etc.) all from Home Depot, as well as contractors especially Brian Wickman.
This renovation is characterized by shabby workmanship: damaged alarm system on the window (north side); needed alarm company service call for, which I had to pay; have timeline proof. Large delays.
Poor grouting job multiple gaps; workers worked dirty, left large quantity of garbage.
Spaces for appliances were wrong eventually corrected. Brian Wickman was late to respond when called.
Home Depot in general: very poor coordination among delivery, required electrical outlet installation: was sold the wrong needed appliances receptacles (outlets), and needed spaces within the cabinets.
When asking about this lack of coordination, Home Depot answer was always it is your responsibility.
User's recommendation: Don't ask Home Depot to perform home renovations!
Product or Service Mentioned: Home Depot Installation.
Preferred solution: Apology.
Home Depot Cons: Lack of resolution.
