Home Depot - Unwilling to help
I needed 6 pieces of tile trim to complete a project. My local store had not restocked after a couple of weeks.
Researched on line and found that a store two hours away had plenty. A call to the local store, a call to the store that had the tile, and a call to home office customer support could not produce a single person who could figure out how to ship the two pounds of tile either to me or the local store.
Had to drive 4 hours to acquire less than $20 worth of tile trim. I cancelled my Depot card and will never buy from the Depot again.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
