We live in New York and own some rental properties in Connecticut. We needed 3 items urgently to take to Connecticut and decided to placed the order on line to be picked up at a store in NY (they informed order would be ready in 30 minutes).

Two hours later, because we had not heard from them, we called and were then informed they did not have in stock. Why didn't they let us know immediately they did not have everything in stock ? We could have contacted another store and get the materials that same day.

Based on previous experiences with this store we can tell they do not care and some of their employees do not want to be bothered. It is time to look for another trustworthy supplier!
