Centrals hotshot division delivered a Home Depot package to my house on a Sunday without notification. The driver cut the wires to my electric gate, put the battery on the ground, dismantled the arm and came onto my property and left my package, then when he left he only halfway put the arm back on the gate mechanism and left the nuts from the arm on the ground along witht the cut wires.

Their hotshot division said they would handle it as i took pictures however they claim their driver didnt do it and that he wasn't there, even though my item was left under the carport.

Not only that they say without video evidence they arent going to do anything. My claim has been turned over to Home Depot, I will never purchase anything from Home Depot again as long as they continue to use shoddy delivery companies to deliver their products.

Hi,I think this review may have been intended for another company. We are an LTL company and do not make deliveries on Sundays. Nor do we have a 'hotshot' division.
