HOME DEPOT HAS AN 11% REBATE OFFER TO COMPETE WITH MENARDS WHEN THEY HAVE THEIR 11% REBATE GOING.

I SUBMITTED THE ON LINE REBATE AND NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING , NO RESPONSE . I SUBMITTED IT AGAIN AND STILL NO RESPONSE.

I CALLED THE " CUSTOMER SERVICE " NUMBER 800-466-3337 - WHAT A JOKE NO HUMAN , YOU JUST GET RECORDING AFTER RECORDING , NO SERVICE WHAT SO EVER. Bullshit TRIED CALLING THE STORE , AGAIN , NOTHING BUT RECORDINGS.

TRIED TO CALL THE 866-451-1357 SAME THING, NO SERVICE.

WENT ON LINE TO TRY TO FIND OTHER WAYS TO CONTACT HOME DEPOT AND NOTHING .

THE 11% ON LINE PRICE MATCH IS NICE , BUT , IF THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING , IT'S NOT WORTH DIP .

SINCE YOU SUBMIT YOUR 11% REBATE ON LINE , YOU THINK DEPOT WOULD CONFIRM THAT YOU REQUESTED THE REBATE BACK TO YOUR E MAIL AND THE STATUS OF THE REBATE . BUT , THEY DON'T DO ZIP.

IT'S JUST SMARTER TO GO TO MENARDS AND DO A MANUAL 11% PRICE MATCH . Angry

IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT ANYONE ON LINE OR BY CALLING THEIR " CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER" .... Angry
