Home Depot Please Dump Spirit!!! First attempt: washing machine was broken - apparently dropped by the delivery company.
Home Depot then failed to coordinate with Spirit to deliver an undamaged product... So we canceled the order and reordered the same thing. Second attempt to deliver: Spirit does not call the night before as promised to set up a delivery time. They guys call midday, I miss the call, then a truck arrives in my alley.
The delivery guys don't knock or ring the door bell to deliver the product. And leave before I realize who they are. I call the number and get some customer service agent who tells me she can't get a hold of the delivery guys. She is rude and says they can't deliver for 2 weeks.
Who knows how damaged it will be by then.
I am going to cancel the order and go through Amazon. Unbelievable.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $200.
