Drf plumbing removed a pipe when installing my water heater and did not replace it. Since they did not replace it water ruined my drywall and baseboards and neither drf or Home Depot will Fix it.

User's recommendation: Do not use Home Depot to install a water heater drf plumbing will ruin your house.

Cashier discouraged me from Making my Home Depot payment at the time I purchased 750.00 worth of merchandise he thought I was gonna charge it and told me it won’t go thru because he said payment

Cashier David at Depot in 15000 Block Dale Mabry Tampa fla informed me the charge wouldnt go thru because payment wont get posted for 24 hrs , I could charge purchase regardless if payment was made , he said that to me without knowing anything about my account , I decided to pay Cash for the 750.00 worth of merchandise, Im debating on just canceling my Credit cards I have Commerical and Regular I also told him I was Disabled Military Vet and Showed him my Va Card he really didnt acknowledge it until I kept asking him did he apply at that time I asked for store Mgr and a Lady identified herself as one of many g and

Read the warranty. Does it say to take it back to the store you bought it from or does it say to contact the manufacturer or send it to them?

Retail stores don't back warranties, The manufacturer is responsible for the warranty. You need to follow the directions in the warranty and not just assume you can return the product to the store.

Unhappy Customer

Worse experience ever trying to purchase appliances. The salesperson was rude and the manager was even worse. Home Depots so called policies are a gimmick. They had to price match and yes it was a big effort on their part like they were doing me a favor. Therefore, they said no VA discount. Took out a Home Depot credit card which was supposed to offer a $100 discount. No they wouldn't honor it either. I said okay I'll use it toward a microwave. They wanted to discount it to $50. I walked out and said no thank you I won't buy anything. The extended warranted was almost $200

User's recommendation: Go anywhere but Home Depot.

This is why it is a good idea to go into a store when you are making large purchases. An appliance sales person would have known to sell you the stacking hardware if you had told them you wanted to stack the dryer on the washer. As you placed the order on line you would be responsible for looking up the stacking hardware and adding it to the order.

Your POS credit card company.

Hello, I've been trying for weeks to talk to a human being at your credit card company, it seems there are none. I'm getting emails stating my payment is late, but I'm signed up for auto pay. I know what the problem is but if I can't reach a human I can't fix it. The problem is simple. my old card for the bank account they were assessing was /is now expired. I was sent a new card, with a new expiration date and 3 digit number. But is impossible to speak to a human to remedy this.

Poor service in repair tools life time big rip off

Dropped a drill to be repaired under life time , first they said they could not read the numbers on the side of the drill . Then it was not covered then it was covered then it was not, then it had a bad chuck sent it back now there is nothing wrong with it , my reference number is 636656, I have 15 pages of tools , Say good By to your tools and your stores Lowes will get my business Now
