I asked one of the reps for assistance with locating some hardware, and was sent to an aisle that had nothing to do with it,

Wow! If that's all it takes to ruin your day enough for you to go home and post on the internet I really feel sorry for you. Next time you ask an employee in a store for directions make sure to tell them that you expect them to hold your hand while they take you to the item.

Store policy

All lumber carts are all now kept outside per new store policy. There were no signs alerting customers of this new policy so you walked around looking for a cart until you asked. Then the carts were down by main entrance not by the lumber door, how asinine is this total picture? My company spends thousands of dollars per month here but will move forward to looking at other options.

Now that you know where the carts are it seems like it would be a lot easier to grab a cart on the way in rather than trying out other stores to see where they keep theirs.

Have you ever tried pushing a lumber cart through aisles that are loaded up with merchandise that won’t fit on their shelves. This HD is not as large as many and really makes it awkward maneuvering around people and objects. If you haven’t been there try it sometime

Email you can't respond to and 800 numbers that are automated and useless.

Why didn't you just take it when they arrived on the 11th? Might have been a little inconvenient but you would have had your refrigerator.

Home Depot - Merge online order to my profile
I got the typical virtual assistant and asked for a live agent to merge my online purchase to my profile account, absolutely disrespectful process with the agent then 2 mangers wouldnt call me and passed me on. Absolute rude interaction w online rep Logan and then I complained and w asked for a supervisor, got Kendra, never spoke w me then passed me to Ashley a manager out of Georgia and she wouldnt call me, directed me to a 800 number and wouldnt give her direct line.

User's recommendation: Stay away, all I wanted was tracking on my purchase which wouldn’t merge w my account. I hit the purchase number and it automatically opens my phone app yet the purchase isn’t connected so I can’t track this purchas. Then to get negative online service which is pushed as the resource means they have now lost my patronage.
