Home Depot - Rude store manager

Still nothing from this place. I refuse to go there to buy any of my supplies.

I tell all my customer not to go there.

Corporate can't even reach out with a generic email. Its sad they don't care that managers are rude to customers.

Honor the quoted price I recieved for the 25 sheets of smart siding 38 series. Manager owes an apology for saying I was a liar and being rude. I don't want a pre written email pick up a phone.

Customer service

I had given all the details to the representative when I called in. Read the notes. If you truly cared about customer satisfaction, you would not be wasting time time with these repeated emails. Take the information given snd effect s change. Apologies mean nothing. Action means everything. A bit of advice. Send in a spotter and observe the individual(s) at the customer service desk as well as around the store. It is a disgrace. If good help is that hard to find then close the location. You would be better off. And the questions you ask at the end of the survey have nothing to do with this particular situation.

Trying to resolve my order. The people at live chat wont deal with it.

I have trying to resolve this order. I've been in contact with the people from live chat every day for over 3 weeks. They usually put me off until the next day. Today they just will not respond. Make a purchase with PayPal in store

I am a veteran and can get 10% discount in store purchases. I can order online and pay with PayPal but dont get my 10% veterans discount. How do I make purchases in store and pay with PayPal, or order online and get 10% discount and pay with PayPal? Lowes has a working system but Home Depot does not.

Lol no they definitely where not beat up if you read my comments and message correctly you will understand that do you want to see how beat down the tools were they were a month old. It’s because they were dirty and I had my initials wrote on them plus I had the receipts they have no CHOICE but to return them bud.

Don’t know how long you been doing this but doesn’t seem to long if you ask me. You have 180 days to return something with receipt in hand I wasn’t trying to return a year old tool lol i buy Milwaukee tools top of the line *** so I spend ALOT OF MONEY on my tools

Oak trim in 7feet Not 8when plywood comes in 8feet

Can not finish a project if you only carry 7 ft oak facing and 8ft oak plywood.will not use home depo again

What kind of trim are you looking for? They carry casing in precut 7' lengths as that is the length needed for doors, one of the most common uses for this trim.

They also sell it in random lengths up to 16. Most of their other trim is sold in random lengths as uses will vary.

Blind installation

Yes I am still experiencing a issue with home Depo located in Maryland, Oxonhill. I initiated a blind installation in April and its June 10th and still nothing. I have been going back and fourth with corporate and the store via phone several times this week. I pray that I get some resolution where I can have my blinds installed timely however I will not hold my breath. I had to contact the president of the company a Mr. Mener or something like that. Now the store is acting like they want to be helpful. Save your money shop somewhere else.

Delivery of a refrigerator to Kenneth Clark today.

Home Depot through a third party delivery sent a Samsung Five Burner Electric Range today to Kenneth Clark Detroit Mi. Kenneth has been a Home Depot cardholder for several years. They came to the door pants halfway down their legs and with a measuring tape and said that the refrigerator box would not fit through the door. First of all the box I am sure had a lot of packing around it to protect Iit

Appliance Delivery

I ordered new kitchen appliances and had refrigerator install only. I While taking the old fridge out they saw there was a copper pipe going to the ice maker. He said he is not allowed to touch copper and that I had to turn the water off and take the pipe loose. No one asked me if I had copper in my kitchen when I bought nor during verification of appt. They certainly never told me that I may be responsible for a part of the install. When I told him I would have to see if my if my neighbor could help me he said he didnt have time fir that!

Customer Service

Home depots new policy is to avoid customer problems whenever possible. It used to be you could call, or at least email, Home Depot. And a phone call was answered rather quickly. NOT ANYMORE!! Now, as all big box stores, they have found a way to increase profits by curtailing customer service, just like LOWES, or any other conglomerate. That's OKAY, it will drive us all back to small businesses. They think they are too big to fail, just wait and see how people will go where customers are appreciated and are treated as such.
