They won’t honor your military discount unless you have a new phone or a computer

No Milatary discount , sent all information they ask for . Still no military discount. Home Depot needs sued for discrimination. Trying to get out of honoring my service.

OP needs to stop whining like a woman. Lowe’s requires them to go through the ID.me site to verify their service.

Once that is done they have to create and register a MyLowes account. Major bad karma back at OP for lying and acting like a woman.

Damaged delivery

One pack of the pro starter bundle was half damaged when delivered. And two of the two by threes were not good. Need replacements ASAP. No discount was applied when ordering pallet of shingles. Order # WB2490****

User's recommendation: When they know the item is damaged. Do not try to hide it by turning product over showing good side. This could have been avoided.

Veterans should appreciate companies that offer them discounts. Companies that offer the discounts have rule to follow to prevent fraud.

Home Depot and others use apps for this reason. Perhaps they should discontinue the discounts as it seems they aren't appreciated.

Home Depot - WORST VENDOR
NEVER AGAIN will I purchase any item from Home Depot. I ordered a GE washer/dryer unit for a rental property in Augustover a span of 1.5 months, 3 deliveries were made with the product severely damaged each time. One of those times, delivery crew damaged the pipes and walls AND threatened my tenants. There was a 4th attempt at delivery but the delivery crew failed to wait for the 15-min window and left without completing delivery. Unbelievably awful experience and so I will never shop at Home Depot again.

Denial of credit account

I was denied a credit account based on my Cell Phone not having my name shown for the caller ID. I have next to perfect credit with no negative remarks on the credit history. There is no number to contact a person concerning this problem. Any help with be appreciated.

Were to trying to apply using your cell phone? If so, try applying on-line or in the store. As far as the phone number to the company that provides their card it's really pretty easy to find on the Home Depot web site.

You are posting on an independent complaint site. You would have better luck contacting Home Depot directly.

Sending your concerns via certified mail is a good idea. You don't say what your complaint is but if it has to do with non-delivery of goods or services you might also try contacting your credit card company and see if you can dispute the charges on your card if it isn't too late.

Did you ever stop to think that they might be helping someone that actually came to the store to make a purchase? I'd much rather their employees assist me when I'm in the store to buy something rather than talking on the phone to someone that might come in.

It's not surprising that you ordered cabinets in March and work on your kitchen didn't start until June. Cabinets are custom ordered for your kitchen and take a couple of months to arrive.

They aren't going to schedule a crew to start until the cabinets have arrived. That being said, crews aren't just sitting around waiting for your cabinets to arrive.

They are working on other jobs and are scheduled when the materials for your job come in so there may be a few weeks for them to finish the job before yours. If they started tearing out your old kitchen as soon as you placed the order you would be complaining that you were without a kitchen for too long.

Most of your home centers have delivery charges based on off the back of the truck delivery and add charges for bringing it inside and even more if steps are involved. If you didn't like the charge you could have gone elsewhere or provided your own transportation.

Taking time to move the product into your home or garage takes time reducing the number of deliveries they can make in a day.

People often complain about the delivery fees for large items but don't stop to think that the trucks used for these deliveries are expensive and that the people that load the trucks and drive them don't work for free. Stores have to cover these costs in some way and building the delivery fee into the cost of the item isn't fair to those that pick it up at the store.
