How to Return Items at Home Depot?
There are two options for Home Depot returns: in-store or online.
In-store returns
Bring the items you wish to return along with a copy of your receipt, credit card, or shipping email confirmation.
If returning items ordered online, a Home Depot store associate will look up your purchase using the credit card you used, your order number, or your email to facilitate your return.
