i placed an order for a john deere lawn tractor on july 18th 2020 i was told to expect it on aug 3rd-aug 12th i called the customer support on monday aug 10th and spoke to a customer service guy and asked him if there was any way that it could be delivered early in the morning on the 12th because that was the date that i was given in my email from home depot .Well it is now 4:31 pm and i am still waiting i called customer service once again and was put on hold for 45 minutes so i hung up called back and was once again put on hold when the lady from customer service came back on the line she informed me that the john deere company would be delivering my order and they would call me 4 hours before they get here. i think when a customer places an order they should be informed of this and when the delivery date says aug 12th it should be delivered on that date now i have no idea when it will be here and i have to take a 10 hour drive after i waited all day i am not very happy with not being informed of this and of course no one can get a hold of the people that are making the delivery my order # is wm1225**** should have been more informed
