I ordered 8 boxes of flooring on August 9th. I received 2 boxes on the delivery date.

Then 2 more boxes on 2 separate days. I have not heard anything about the other 4 boxes. The tracking is not updating. I paid $40 for shipping and only half has arrived and it has been over 10 days.

The fedex trucks are messing up my driveway from the numerous trips they are having to make for this delivery. Highly dissatisfied.

Location: Lexington, North Carolina

Dear Associate, Over the last several months, we’ve announced benefits to support our associates in response to COVID-19. For more information on all available benefits and resources, visit livetheorangelife.com/covid19.

Today, we are providing the following update on the benefits & resources available to you and your family. Mask Policy Updates To ensure our business practices have associate safety top of mind and are consistent with the latest information from the CDC and government officials, we are modifying the Mask Policy effective Monday, August 24. Updates are as follows: Masks SHOULD: Have multiple layers of a tightly woven fabric that are not transparent Completely cover the person’s nose, mouth and chin (Note: Mask must be secured beneath the chin, and NOT hang loosely) Fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face Masks SHOULD NOT: Have exhalation valves/vents Be worn around the neck or forehead Consist of sheer material/fabric where the pores/holes allow the spread of respiratory droplets (e.g., mesh, chiffon, lace) The CDC does NOT recommend the use of neck gaiters as a substitute for cloth masks because there is insufficient evidence that they are an effective means to prevent the spread of respiratory droplets. The updated Mask Policy is available at livetheorangelife.com/tempmaskpolicy.
