It is appalling that this company could care less about their customers. We have lived all across the country remodeling homes , we often use HD and have a CC as well .
In this time of our pandemic world , we ordered appliances in June . Understood with the situation we would have to wait months for them. We pulled all the old ones from our kitchen day before our date . I was to receive a text , email -nothing by 2 so I called our local Biddeford HD .
Manager of appliance will call-its been 2 weeks-no call-
I found out we are 2 more months out! NO Notification Of This . I paid in full for all these units!
I have nothing to cook on except a camp stove and dorm refrigerator!
In this day and age , how can you not notify by someway the customer! Never again!
