We received a fast response to our message to the local store. They have offered a full refund and a discount if we decide to buy another blind from them. We are very pleased with their response to this frustrating situation.

We ordered an expensive Levolor Panel Track Blind in January and after 3 months and 3 attempts it is still not installed because of 6 missing outside mounting brackets. Despite 3 store visits and providing them with a copy of the instruction booklet with the missing parts circled it has not been resolved.

We received a delivery today of a bunch of brackets that are totally not correct and cannot be used or modified for installation. I am very frustrated that Home Depot have not been able to get these parts for me and have gotten it wrong 3 times now. It's not rocket science.

I found them on Levolors website in a few seconds. Tomorrow I am going to attempt to return the order (custom so will be a tough one) and get my money back.
