Home Depot bad customer service been around forever I always tried to ignore the bad customer service till today .refund cashier and manager Albert Asm need to be trained on how to help and provide a good customer service. As soon as the cashier call him they were already laughing of me because they knew it that he will no provide any service.

I just wanted to do an even exchange on vinys blinds that I have purchased and hour early. Hearing them laugh and talk about me make me feel bad that I wanted to disappear right there in there. They make feel that I was taking something that was not mine.

I prefer to drive 15 miles away from home to go back to Imperial Avenue market place home Depot.. bad bad really bad experience, just lack a customer skills and education there is no respect treating others book

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

You are leaving something out here. Did you have the blinds cut to a custom size?

If so they can't resell them and shouldn't be expected to take them back. Did you have your receipt?

Most stores will only give a store credit for the lowest sale price on an item without a receipt. I expect you were trying to make a return outside their return policies and weren't happy that they didn't bend to your demands.
