Cabinet install was normal with a few replaced damaged products..but not completed due to installers claiming they didn't know how to install legs for countertop, and refrigerator was squeezed into space with them saying they weren't responisble to fix..after many (4) attempts complaining to Home Depot anothe installer fixed the one problem so I could have countertops installed, but rest to this day not completed, they dropping the ball yet another time with endless attempts...the communication between Home Depot and their installers/contractors is disgusting! I even tried to contract thru their PRO service to hire a fencing repair company, and after 3 separate attempts never got a return call!

I will; never use or recommend Home Depot for an install again! Not sure if this current job will ever be completed by them.

Reason of review: extremely poor installation process.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Home Depot Pros: Marilyn & nicole in kitchens worked hard to try helping.

Home Depot Cons: Extremely poor communication between staff and contractors.
