Do not trust Home Depot customer care to resolve your installation issues in a timely manner. Corporate has no incentive to help because the customer is required to pay in advance for products and services.
There is a 4 to 5 week lead time for the home organization closet materials to get installed. When things go wrong, there no system in place to resolve your problem quickly and timely. To resolve an installation problem you have to open a case with Home Depot corporate who contacts the installation department. This takes two weeks.
Then there is another 3 to 4 weeks for the installation to order and receive the missing pieces. Then, another 2 to 3 weeks to schedule another install. From the date of purchase February 2, 2011 to the scheduled re-installation date of April 19, 2019, it has taken 10 weeks. My home depot credit card was charged $5,000 on February 2, 2019 and I have accrued 10 weeks of interest and NOT yet received my installation services as of this post.
My advice, RUN!
DO NOT TRUST HOME DEPOT! Show anywhere else.
