Home Depot Royally Sucks for customer service
Purchased a faucet for shower stall, two left on shelf one open, one banded, i purchased banded one, thinking it was new, 37 miles one way, get home and of course when opened it was used lacking two parts and no instructions. No thats not the worst of it.
Went 37 miles one way all the way back to exchange it, of course there are new and improved ones in boxes this time, on an even exchange in parts they had enough nerve to charge me $2.16 more. I flipped and they did nothing about it, but joke is on them, im not just a normal consumer, i renovate foreclosed homes for banks and do multi-thousands of dollars of business with them every year (on avg. 10-15,000). NOT ANYMORE - LOWES HERE I COME.
I hope they loose constant business like this so they go under and out of business. Be careful who your nasty to.

you know what you are right it not the miles or the cost , its the point that this large company doesn't give a *** about anyone of us so why support a looser store like them. Also i am doing all the business i can with my local small business stores and will then go to lowes for what i cant get there.
I have said it many times before, people who quote some vague large number are full of it. No one cares for the distance of 1 mile or 37 miles.
You actually believe the cashier has knowledge of this?
No one cares that you renovate, that what you renovate is foreclosed, that you do it for banks, nor how much $$ you do business with banks or whoever per year. Try: "You are nasty toward" or "You're nasty toward".
YOU are crying about $2.16.Please hurry up and Go to LOWES.WTF.YOU are a cheap piece of a ***.After a while you will have problem's with LOWES also.
Yes they do make up rules as they go, I t too will be canceling the commercial revolving charge card and moving to lowes , this is in Galveston, Texas and I do not like it when someone claims to be the store manager lies in my face
