Home Depot - Customer Care Review
I called in on 31 December asking about a certain size in a cabinet-- I was told Home Depot did not have the size and ask if they could check with the other Home Depot and I was told the other did not have-- we wanted to order it it would take 30 days to receive--that sounded a little unbelievable to me--The next day I went over there and three in stock-- also when you call you're either left on hold or they transfer you to a department and they don't pick up -- very frustrating especially when when you have to travel some miles to get there--you might want to call and see how it works for you--your phone system sucks

Did you ever stop to think that the salespeople may be busy helping customers that were actually in the store purchasing products? When I am in a store I would much rather have the salespeople help me make my purchase rather than talking on the phone with someone that MIGHT come in an make a purchase.
You obviously have internet access.
Go online and check their web site to see if they have what you want. If it's in stock at the store you want to go to it will even tell you what aisle and bay it is in.
