Ordered a stove, dishwasher and refrigerator on 2/12/17. Set up delivery/install for 2/18/17.

Dishwasher and refrigerator were damaged. Stove was installed. Was told I could keep the damaged refrigerator for a discount or it could be left as a loaner until replacement arrived. I kept it as a loaner.

Scheduled replacement items to be delivered 3/4/17-2 weeks later! Was advised the day before 4 hour window for delivery was 10:30-2:30 and would receive a call from driver 1/2 hour before arrival. At 2:08 my daughter (2nd contact phone #) got a call that the driver is there and nobody was home. I was sitting on the front porch-no truck ever came down the street.

Called Spirit's 800 number. Was escalated to a supervisor. On my way to Home Depot to cancel the rest of my order, the supervisor called at 2:35 and said the driver was on the way back and would be there momentarily. Turned around and went home, nobody showed up.

Waited until 3:30, then left again to go to Home Depot. Appliance supervisor called Spirit's #. They said I cancelled the order-really? They tried to contact driver, couldn't get him on the phone.

Said I am not getting delivery today and they would be there Thursday. I am not taking a day off work for a Maybe appointment as I don't trust they will be there. Told Home Depot appliance supervisor that I will cancel the dishwasher and consider keeping the dented refrigerator for the discount they offered the first delivery. Well Home Depot doesn't discount, it is Whirlpool who does.

She called Whirlpool who said that discount can't be given because the replacement appliances were already ordered for me. She said Home Depot won't give me a discount either-really I paid Home Depot not Whirlpool. Said I could cancel the whole order and they would pick up the damaged refrigerator or I could reschedule for Saturday 3/11/17. Great choices Home Depot.

I rescheduled for 3/11/17-another of my Saturday's to be wasted. On the way out of the store, I asked to speak to the store manager. He said I could cancel and he would give me $200 off the damaged refrigerator. Really-$200 off of a $1600 refrigerator.

No thanks. Told him I want an early delivery, as this is a waste of my time. He can make no promises but he will call. So it will be 4 weeks since I ordered that maybe I will have them all delivered.

Total bull ***, I will never deal with Home Depot again. You would think by being in there home state things would be better-NOT!!!!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $2200.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Home Depot Cons: Cannot help you after payment.

I agree they did worst for us. They're the pits, the contractor they sent out to install the appliance was a fraud who tacked on triple the charges !
