Contacting customer service turned my complaint over to the store manager who has been trying to get a response from Sedgwick Insurance Co. phone no. 800-253-**** claim #302********

Damaged wall while installing microwave. Since July 2nd, 2020 our wall has never been repaired.

Reported damage to store mgr. who contacted Federal Delivery to no avail. For the last ((3) plus months not one person has made contact with us. I called a claims mgr.

Brenda August 24th and as of now September 27th still no return calls. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

User's recommendation: Stay away from Home Depot.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

One employee of Norfolk's Military Hwy Home Depot location took a leave of absence 3 months ago due to the Corona virus.


You did Not mention What the health concerns regarding the virus are in your complaint.


I mentioned concerns about the virus. The people from Federal Delivery refused to wear a mask.

It is common knowledge that wearing a mask is to stop the spread. We are 77 & 79 years old and are in a higher risk of contacting the deadly China Virus.
