Home Depot - Disgusting service and run around by HD
do not order from online home depot!!ordered hampton bay ceiling fan from home depot online.
The light bulb connection is loose and will not keep light on. tried several bulbs and same issue light flicks on and off by itself, if wiggle plug on bulb it flickers. It has now been two months and home depot service called repeatedly ever week or so, Keep saying they are sending new ballast. Have spent total of 11 hours on phone , talked to multiple representatives, hampton bay tech, and always told sorry repeatedly and part is being sent out and have in 2-3 days.
and every week it does not show up and call waste another 1-2 hours getting through phone system, then representative reviews, puts on hold, then told it will be there 2-3 days.yet I never get part!!!!
