Ordered this item May 1, you took the money my money on May 11. UPS said I would b receiving my shipment on May 22, they then changed to delivery date several times as they didn't know where the shipment was and said I had to contact Home Depot.

I then tried to phone which took over 5 hours to get a voice , who then said I would have contact someone else and hung" was I p$%%4* you bet Having spent over over 5 hours trying to get a voice I was cut off again. Went to local store to complain which was useless . Never have I got such a run around, taking in our current condition their is no excuse for the disgusting behavior towards your customer.

I have had numerous times when your service is bad, however this is the final straw. Although I doubt this email will be taken seriously I will hold out a faint hope that some response is for coming before I go to sosial media

User's recommendation: don't support Home Depot, help the small business.

Same unacceptable experience. They are defrauding people and should be prosecuted. Crooks!
