In GLENDORA, CA Branch: We bought kitchen appliances &;; Delivery paid a total $4,185.00. Delivery date came, delivery guys arrived 30 mins before the end of the delivery window time.

Came in, checked the kitchen said they CAN NOT install the microwave because there is a backsplash tile that reach the bottom of the old microwave. I was pissed off because THAT was never asked or explain to us when we paid for the delivery (I wander how many PISSED off customers they GET everyday)! So I told the supervisor to return the item to home depot BUT my husband said him & my son-in-law can install the microwave themselves. SO my husband spoke to the DRIVER and told the driver to go ahead install the gas range & leave the microwave to them, the driver replied, "OK" and went back to their truck BUT drove away.

SO what happened?! I can only assumed the delivery guy didn't understand my husband's plain English (the supervisor after I spoke to him on a speaker phone spoke to the guy in a different language that we can't understand).

Called HOME DEPOT spoke to appliances department, was transferred to the supervisor, said they will call the driver or the delivery company & said they will look at their calendar to reschedule delivery.

So NOW we are at the mercy of their ONLY delivery company!

Will try to look somewhere else!
