I purchased some carpet on or above June 20, 2020. The carpet was the wrong color. I accepted that l could've selected a different color until Home Depot email me a copy of my receipt with the correct color.
I've sent pictures of the carpet twice, sent several emails, made at least ten telephone calls Jordan or his assistant Renee, stopped by the store on several occasions and got a different response each time.
I talked with Jordan on or about August 14, he asked me to come into the store and get with Renee to select another carpet, we met and I select another carpet, Renee told me someone would contact me no later than August 27, no one called, so I went back to the store on August 29, according to Renee the person handling my case went on vacation.
I need someone to take ownership of my situation and solve the problem.
User's recommendation: Replace the carpet and stopped given me the run around.
Monetary Loss: $1640.
