We were never given the opportunity to inspect stove prior to install. Installers were in a great hurry to get the stove in place.

It was higher than the counters.

We were getting new countertops so did not see why the stove was high until it was pulled out and new counters installed several days later. I tried to lower the stove found both side panels on the front side were loose.

Tried to secure panels to no avail.

Discovered that the stove had been dropped and the bottom panel was bent in several places and one leveling leg was damaged.

Store would not do anything as it was outside the 48 hours.

So do not trust their installers to mention any damage and inspect, inspect. And the store does provide any help.

Cheaply built stoves in this day and age.

User's recommendation: Inspect, inspect and do expect store to help.

Monetary Loss: $754.

Preferred solution: Swap out of damaged stove that some one was trying to hide damage..
