New ReviewerHello, I hope this email finds the right person who actually cares about me not becoming a Lowes valued customer.
Today 9-9-2021 I visited the Cheektowaga, NY location to make a rather generous purchase for the Charter School that I am the new facilities manager of and I stopped at the customer service desk upon entering and asked how I make a tax exempt purchase today (I had my Exempt Purchase Certificate) in hand. I was told to shop for everything I needed and then proceed to the Pro Desk when I was ready to register and check out.
Upon doing so I was told that the in store registration does not exist and that it has to be done online by us the school. Unreal. You wasted valuable time of mine.
I would like this email responded to ASAP. In the meantime we will look into the Lowes process.

They did not waste your time. You just did not know what you were doing.
Sounds like one of the 2 employees was new to the situation and gave you the wrong answer. Being new to your position are you 100% sure that you are going to answer every question you are asked correctly?
Will you be willing to have them look for a new facilities manager if you give the wrong answer to a question? Hope you are as good as you think you are.
Or maybe he is required to do it online and does not know what he is doing. That is also possible. He just does not want to admit he is not perfect.
