I never leave reviews but this has really been bothering me. In March time frame I ordered a very specific white vinyl fence to be used indoors and with dogs from Home Depot.

I did a ton a research and decided on the fence that would hold up best for my business. I was told 4 to 6 week delivery. I received an email in June that it was ready to schedule pickup. I called the store and they said all items were and and scheduled me for 2 weeks out.

The truck arrived and no fencing was on it. Bear in mind I closed my business for 4 days for the install in the middle of the pandemic when money was extremely tight. I called the store and the driver called the store and we were both told that it was a mistake and the fence had not arrived yet. I had already tore down the old fencing and paid my contractors around $600 for the demolition and install.

Now I closed my business and had no fence to put up. Went to the store and they sold me some temporary wooden fence at a discounted price. Fast forward to August and the fence finally arrived and they delivered it. Had to once again close my business for the install.

Paid the contractor another $500 to take down wood fence and install the vinyl fence. Contractor called me in to look at the fence after install because it seemed so weak. Well it was NOT the fence I ordered. Went to the pro desk to find out the issue and they admitted they changed my order because they thought this would work better.

The fence was crap. So I asked to have it returned and the correct fencing to be ordered. They said that was fine but I would have to bring back unless I wanted to wrap and band it all up. So now I do not have a truck and had to again pay my contractor to return the product.

Called and spoke to the manager about how much this is costing me in labor and closing the business. He said all he can do is give me a $400 credit. I said fine. Than 2 weeks ago the right fencing came in.

Asked when they were gonna deliver it. The pro desk informed me that it was not being delivered and to have my contractor come get it. Oh and I owned them $200 and something. Told them no take it off my credit and if there is an issue to call me back.

I heard nothing back so assumed everything was fine. Than get another call from the pro desk informing me to come get the fencing. Sent my contractor over to pick it up, paying him again. Contractor arrives and pro desk says they will not give it to them until I pay the 200 and something.

Told them no take off my credit. They said they could not find anything in the system about the manager giving me a credit. So I called cooperate and asked to speak to someone about the issue that is not at the store and explained the situation. Cooperate than told me to go to the store and I would get a full refund and the credit back on my card so I could get it somewhere else.

Went to the store and recieved most of my refund. Was not the full amount and they refused to give me the credit and said the manager was on vacation so nothing anyone can do. Called cooperate again and was told the issue is resolved as far as their end. So ordered new fencing from wam bam.

Much better quality and faster delivery time. Also have to close business for a 3rd time to have temporary wood fence taken down and wam bam fence put up. Never in my life have I had such bad customer service.

I know to them I am a little fish and do not spend as much as the big contractors. From now on I will travel the extra 5 miles and use Lowes
