Home Depot - Appliance delivery problems
I purchased appliances in November 2016; stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and refrigerator; and the appliances have yet to arrive. Originally I was told the stove was on back order and now I'm being told the refrigerator is back ordered.
The next earliest delivery date will be 2-2-17 for the refrigerator. I'm trying to close on a construction loan and need to appliances to close.
Home Depot and Samsung have really put me in a bind by not providing me with the services I paid for. Do not buy appliances from this Home depot , unless you have months to wait for delivery and don't mind broken promises.

Home Depot gave you delivery dates based on what Samsung told them as believe it or not Home Depot doesn't manufacturer appliances. It's Samsung you should be complaining about, not Home Depot.
If time is critical in the purchase of appliances you should only buy appliances that are in stock at the store or their warehouse no matter who you buy them from.
It doesn't matter who you bought them from, if they didn't have them in stock and had to get them from Samsung you would have had the same delays. From the extended delivery times you are quoting it is obvious they aren't in their US warehouses and are waiting for shipments to come from Korea and ships don't get here overnight.
I disagree. If a retailer takes an order and promises delivery on a certain day, they are responsible for it to be delivered.
The customer didn't purchase it from Samsung, they purchased it from Home Depot.
As for purchasing it from locations that have stock, good luck... few stores have stock anymore.
Cancel the order and go to Lowe's.
