Warranty repair problem

The repair man that Home Depot sent to my house was supposed to check my washer and dryer but he said it was only for the washer. He wasnt sure what the problem was so he said he would replace the control panel. After he left my house my washing machine kept going to the soak mode when the soak mode was turned off. I called the repair mans cell phone and he came back at the end of the day and he tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with the washer. He said it was his fault and that he did not understand the instructions on how to install the new control panel.

User's recommendation: Don’t buy appliances at Home Depot.

The manufacture provides a 1 year warranty that covers REPAIRS on defective products. If you have a complaint it should be about Frigidaire.

They are responsible for fulfilling the terms of the warranty, not the retail store. Have they sent a service person to repair it?

Are they waiting for parts? You don't provide a lot of information as to what the actual problem is.

EVIDENCE OF "NO CLASS"

IF HOME DEPOT or GLACIER BAY SINKS use A CONSUMER SERVICE THAT CANNOT RISE ABOVE A CRUDE NAMING CONVENTION for attention, I need to sponsor other Service/Product Suppliers that can (at Least) openly pretend to have SOME CLASS!

Just want to say if you buy a stove from Home Depot, make sure you test the burners, especially the oven, thoroughly before the installers leave. You can send it back then if it is defective. Home Depot will not refund or replace if an issue arises after.

This isn't a Home Depot policy, it is the manufacturers policy. The manufacturer offers a warranty that covers the repair of defective appliances, not replacement.

It just isn't feasible to return large items like appliances to the manufacturer. Call the manufacturer and set up a service call for your stove.

Billing

I have not received any bills. Tried to call but was unable to get ahold of anyone on the phone. I tried for hours.

Delivery Problems

I ordered a washer and dryer July 9th and the delivery was scheduled for July 20th between 3-7 PM. I called HD when they never showed up. After being transferred several times, the delivery scheduling department informed me that my delivery was attempted at 12:15. However, my paperwork said 3-7 pm. I took off work early, they never called, emailed or texted. We have a gate at the front entrance that needs a code to enter, they did not have the code to enter, but apparently made it to my house 3 hours before the scheduled delivery, waited 15 minutes and left.

I did not receive my husband's military discount

Just because I bought a barbecue for my husband on line does not mean I should not get his military discount. I resent that. Lowe's has a place to enter your military ID when you order on line from them.

I purchased a samsung dishwasher and refrigerator ticketr number 1064-25**** in the amount of $2472.67. The dishwasher stopped working after out of warranty but would leak underneath. replaced with a whirlpool. The refrigerator ice maker freezes up. they have already replaced the ice maker once and the new ice maker does the same thing. it is a design flaw. It also collect water under the deli tray and freezes up. I believe samsung sells the *** applicances to hOME DEPOT.

Window replacement

LOL where do I begin. Well again last week I was told that I would be contacted on or before July 13th to schedule the install of a window that cracked over the past winter. The first time I was visited was in the latter month of march, in so I was told that it would take about 4wks to be installed. Now here it is mid July and still not window replaced or have I been contacted. I am putting my home on the market for sale. Also I requested a copy of the transfer for the lifetime warranty on the windows, again I have yet to receive it. Also I
