They make it difficult to return a purchase made with gift card. Demanded to see drivers license before they would credit return. Refused to just give me a store credit. Albert Lea MN store. Not advisable to pass such info around, so my gift giver will be advised that her gift to me is as worthless as the rules of the haughty Home Depot. We all were better off before they came in and ran out all of the locally owned sources for trustworthy help... Read more

Chapter I I have purchased six appliances; original delivery date was scheduled and on the date of the delivery nobody showed up and 2 hours later on the phone I still had no answer as to why I was not informed that my appliances would not be delivered on that day. This is not a review of the product, but a review of the shopping experience that I had with Home Depot’s website. I received a Home Depot giftcard for Christmas and used it to place an order for this product on December 29. I ordered a number of doors and windows from Home Depot in East Palo Alto in late September 2016. It's been 4 months (mid-January 2017) since I ordered these items and i am still waiting for a couple of doors. Some of the doors that were delivered last week were in their worse possible conditions (see images). special order doors, six. not one is as we asked and told to fix it ourselves. Frank taking the order made the mistake. No one, including store manager would not own up and fix the problem. they SOLD my husband the tool to make it right. the reason I bought the doors special order was a Christmas present. I had the gone to Home depot in nanuet. Ny for a bathroom vanity which they had 20 units in stock but could not be found. I purchased appliances in November 2016; stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and refrigerator; and the appliances have yet to arrive. Originally I was told the stove was on back order and now I'm being told the refrigerator is back ordered. The next earliest delivery date will be 2-2-17 for the refrigerator. Rebate scam! Exact same problem as the other customer posted. I never got my rebate and I called the center which was a joke. They don't speak English or if they do they try their very best not to speak clearly. I submitted my rebate online and the rebate center rep said "sorry, the information didn't synchronize." What?? Lousy attempt of describing an illigetimate system. Read more

I have the very same problem. Purchased through Home Depot, purchased 4 years back. I tried to fill out a form provided on line at LG and it will not accept the information now to send with very good pictures. LG does not care about customer's with mfg. defects of their very expensive washer's ($1,000.00+).
