Home Depot complaint

I went on line & was pleased to find you had Louvered Shutters 15x52" copolymer costrution made by Builders Edge, Inc. Mfg. Model #010140052030 only to be told by my Sunnyvale store they don't even know that Mfg. and was unable to point me in the direction as to where I could order these advertised shutters.

This person has been w/ home depot for 9 years he said. They didn't try another Department like Lumber.

This all happened on my second call which I was put on hold for 8 minutes. And I have a HD Card that I was going to put an AC Unit on!
