Home Depots $90,000 Customer Service Mistake

I went to Home Depot to purchase fencing for my home. Was told a sub contractor would call to schedule an estimate. No call no estimate 4 follow up calls to Depot no estimate. Got tired of calling went to local contractor 14K fence installed by someone that wanted the job.

Went to Depot for BP solar system. Same deal no sub called 6 calls to store, customer service and 4 calls to corp. office No est. for solar. Awarded 74K solar contract to South Jersey Gas.

Went to Depot tried to buy an appliance told to come back tommorow. Went to Lowes came home with appliance.

Went to Depot to buy blinds told to come back tommorow. Went to Lowes came home with blinds.

Management at Turnersville/Washington Twp. store should be fired.

This is the worst part I'm a contractor I cringe every time I have to go into the store.

why do you still go to Home Depot to buy anything, from what it sounds like you get no service,but you keep going there. Shop at LOWES"S thats where the service is for you read your own letter.. :x
