Home Depot Bad reviews are not posted

I bought some 8500 series windows from Home Depot Direct. This was based on a good review from Consumer Reports. The windows are cheaply made, so there are typically broken parts. I tried to write a review, but they apparently delete anything that is not a glowing review.
I have called Home Depot on numerous occasions, and they tell me that a manager will call me back, but I have yet to receive a call. The latest is that the manufacturer has been notified, and I will get a call next week. I am not holding my breath - Management at Home Depot is useless (kinda like most companies).
