Home Depot complaint by Jam4362
I went into my local home depto Lompoc California 93436 and tryed to get some help with the construction job I was doing after walking around for 45 minuts I finley found some one that was not hiding or grap assing with the female staff and ask for a product that would lamanate a 2x4 to concreate the person I talked to had no idea what I was talking about and had to find some one to answer my question that took another 30 minuts to get them out of hiding finley I was told they have the best addisive for the job and showed the product to me like a fool I did not read the package just took their word for it and when I tryed to use the product it was nothing like I was told I think it was a product that was not moving off the shelf and they just wanted to move it. if you are reading this I want you to know that the Lompoc California homedepto staff Know nothing about building materials or there applications there just young kids. I think the management needs to be replaced because they are NOT doing their jobs.

Many of the people in our stores get very little training. Many of them are doing their best and try to help. I feel sorry for them because they are thrown into positions just so there is a body on the floor. They really do not pay these people enough either so it is true that some just do not care if you get the info and product you need.

based on your comments you can't read this web site is to post comments about a persons experence not to put them down for poor spelling.

Based on the spelling in your comment they probably couldn't understand you, and that is why you got the wrong product, home depot associates have no incentive to push non-moving merchandise.

The "Home Depot" hires young people because if they had to hire knowledgable ADULTS it would cost them for the knowledge. And as far as the Management staff goes, they aren't very much older then the toyung ones on the floor.
