Very very rude sales rep at Home Depot in flushing- walks around with such a nasty attitude every time you ask for help she don't know and wastes time- Tanya is her name- try to avoid her- does not even speak English does not understand anything! I was speaking to one of the so called customer service reps Melissa she was very rude. Knew nothing about how to treat a paying customer! I do alot of business with home depot and that is the first time i have ever had to speak to some one so rude. Teach your employees better customer service. Been doing business with them for years, now for some reason they feel ALL customers are thieves. Each person is checked upon departing and searched. While visiting your store (#1028) in Temecula I was returning some products that were purchased at this store. Your cashier needed a number for one of the products returned. I had a HD card, lost my job and was unable to pay, now there Consumer Credit Resolution service out of Texas wants me to give them access to my checking account to make a minimal payment that I don't have and they want to take me to court, so tell me if I can't pay then and am still unemployed how am I gonna pay for a lawyer(that I can't afford) is gonna help me pay the bill now. Paying off a Promotional deferred balance before it's due is impossible. We purchased a stove in December 2013 for $680. Payment is deferred with no interest until July 2015. Making a payment on the deferred account is not available online. I made a call in January 2015 to pay $200 and specified that it should apply to the Promo and I was assured it would. I have had to fight for the military discount at Home Despot the last few years. Lowes takes my retired military ID no question every time. The staff are friendlier at Lowes too. Add comment
